STOLEN Old Fashioned

60ml STOLEN Gold Rum.
1-2 white or brown sugar cubes.
2 dashes Angostura Bitters.
An orange.

Cut a piece of orange skin, and remove the white pith with a knife. Squeeze the oil from orange skin into a short glass with the orange skin.

Add the sugar and bitters and a splash of rum. Start to stir the drink. Add an ice cube. Stir. When the ice cube has started to melt and the sugar is dissolving, add another ice cube, another splash of rum and continue to stir until sugar is dissolved. Add ice to the top of the glass and add in the rum, stir. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
