2011 Vanuatu Anchor Regatta

Fuelled up on STOLEN, the SY Torrid – otherwise known as “Deadman’s boat” – managed to get across the finish line… just not in time to beat the other yachties at the annual Vanuatu Anchor Regatta. The Torrid got off on the back foot after having to be towed out to the starting marker, but morale was high thanks to STOLEN Ambassador Aru and his special ocean-going cocktails. While the refreshments left a few of the thirstier crew debating whether to jib or tack, the Torrid still managed to finish in the middle of the pack (despite temporarily losing a crewman overboard). The winning boat, the SY Outofbou, and the runners-up each received a bottle of STOLEN rum for their efforts.
